William Dwight Ferm, age 89 of Palos Heights, United States Marine Corps Korean War Veteran and Purple Heart Recipient. Beloved husband of the late Jeanne nee Wilhite, loving father of William D. Jr. (Kimberly) Ferm, cherished grandfather of Jennifer (Dan) Morand,  Michelle (Erik) Zehme, and great-grandfather of Madison Lynn Morand and dear brother of Phyllis (late Richard) Karner, the late Warren (late Betty) Ferm, late Robert (late Marian) Ferm, late Jean (late Walt) Simons, and the late Charles (late Lois) Ferm, loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Cremation Private. Funeral Service and Interment of Cremains with Military Honors at Bronswood Cemetery in Oak Brook on Friday, March 3rd, 11:30am. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery office by 11:15am.
