Rosa Lydia Ayala was born on March 27, 1940 in Moca, Puerto Rico and passed away on February 15th, 2017. She lived in Chicago for 50 plus years, a resident of the Archer Heights area for the past 10 years. She is survived by spouse Nicholas (Jose) Estrada of 30 years, loving Mother of 8 children, survived by sons Victor (Anna) Morales, Juan (Tina) Morales, Billy (Cano) Burgos, Elvis (Raquel) Burgos, and daughters Bruni (Lecio) Gaytan, Iris (Alberto) Vargas, Wanda (Iran) Maldonado, Rosemary (Wade) Phelps, also survived by 18 grandchildren, Victor, Anthony, Lecio, Priscilla, Alberto (Beto), Desiree (Desi), Maria (Minnie), Stephanie, Marcel, Madeline, Willie, Chelsea, Justin, Lydiana, Bianca, Amanda (Mandy), Megan, Christopher, 16 great grandchildren, 7 brothers and 3 sisters, and many extended family and dear friends. Visitation Sunday, February 19, 2:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral Monday, February 20, 9:00am from Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. DesPlaines Avenue, North Riverside to New Apostolic Church, 3753 N. Troy Street, Chicago, Service 11:00am. Services will conclude at Church.
