Lydia J. Prazak, nee Koucky, age 99, of Westchester, formerly of Berwyn. Beloved wife of the late Charles L., former Morton High School Teacher, loving mother of Charles J. III (Bessmarie) and Richard A., M.D. (Jan), Cherished Grandmother of Robin Marie (Christiaan) Prazak-Kirk. Lydia succumbed to complications of pneumonia on July 16, 2009 in her 100th year.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested in her name to the Morton College Foundation, 3801 S. Central Ave., Cicero, IL 60804
