Leverne M. Diehl, 93; beloved husband of 70 years to the late Ora Mae “Mitzi” Diehl, passed away peacefully on December 14. He was a devoted father to Lynne (Al) Owens of LaGrange, Kay (Terry) Kimes of Oswego, Jan Diehl of Montgomery, Lee (Kristin) Diehl of Sugar Grove, Todd Diehl of Lisle and the late Guy Diehl; loving grandfather of Jill Berenyi, Michelle Prater, Heather Mace, Carolyn Diehl, Sarah Anderson, Guy, Christopher and Ian Diehl; great-grandfather of 10. Memorial Service Saturday, January 10, 11:00am at First Congregational Church, 1006 Ogden Avenue, Lisle, followed by Gathering Reception. Interment Lisle Cemetery.
