Beloved husband of the late Jennie, nee Santore, loving father of Frank Jr., dear son of the late Constantine and Frances(nee Tuma) Precechtel and stepson of the late Mary Chemelina, fond brother of Josephine (Nick) Nichols, Ronald (Sylvia) Chemelina, the late Constantine (the late Peggy) and the late Frances (Art) Jenkins.
