Zukowski, loving mother of Ronald (Theresa) Zukowski, Louise (Glenn) Ottman, Phillip (Christy) Zukowski, cherished grandmother of Debra (Thomas) Domagalski, Amy Ottman, Phillip Zukowski and Carolyn Zukowski and great grandmother of Hunter Domagalski.
