Bessie Bozovsky

Bessie Bozovsky, age 97, formerly of Oak Brook, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2017. Beloved wife of late Joseph A. “Buz” Bozovsky; caring and devoted mother of Darlene (Louis) Buscher and Don (Jeri) Bozovsky; cherished grandmother of Donna Beaudoin, Mark (Almaz) Buscher, Jeff Buscher, Don Bozovsky, Jr., Nathan (Jessey) Bozovsky, Somer Bozovsky, and Amanda (Matt) Shoemaker; treasured great-grandmother of Andre Beaudoin Jr., Jeffery Buscher, Jr., Samantha Buscher, Olivia Shoemaker, and Westin Shoemaker; adored sister of Irwin (Joan) Svoboda, late Edward Svoboda, late Joseph Svoboda, and late Helen Francik; loving aunt to many and supportive friend to many. Bessie will be missed not only because of her unconditional love she showed each person, but for her wonderful sense of humor, tremendous strength and courage, excellent cooking and for being an avid Cubs fan. Visitation Tuesday, September 5^th, 9:00am until time of prayers, 11:00am at Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. DesPlaines Avenue, North Riverside. Funeral Mass 11:30am at St. Odilo Church, corner of 23^rd Street and East Avenue, Berwyn. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
